Luis Granados joined Preferred Marketing Group in Fall of 2017 as a System Analyst. Granados oversees day-to-day process improvement by ensuring the company’s systems are successfully working, tracking reporting and confirming data to provide feedback needed for business decisions.
Granados brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position. With over 14 years’ experience in project management and leadership positions he will be instrumental in analyzing business data with detailed precision. Ultimately aiding the business in executing informational results to better yield a high return on company investments, both with systems and associates.
Prior to Preferred Marketing Group, Granados held positions with Bank of America as a Risk Operations Team Manager, reporting on risk and potential exposure with deployable solutions and for YP.com as an Operations Analyst with a focus on streamlining processes and search engine optimization. He has a CompTIA Information Technologies Fundamentals certification with a strong understanding of digital networks and complex topologies.

Preferred Marketing Group is excited to welcome back Brad Hitchcock as a Regional Vice President for the Southern CA and Southern NV territory. Located in Orange County, Hitchcock will support the sales reps and specialists in that area to ensure customers continue to thrive.
Hitchcock previously served as a Business Development Representative in the Las Vegas and San Diego markets for Preferred Marketing Group and went on to hold key positions with Pitco, Champion and most recently Pentair.
Utilizing the education and expertise he has gained over the last 20 years in the foodservice equipment industry, Hitchcock is looking forward to making an even bigger footprint than before. He will spend the next few months establishing new relationships with customers, dealers and the entire Preferred Marketing Group team.
In addition, Steve Reger has been promoted to Regional Vice President for the Northern CA and Northern NV territory. Reger has been in the industry for over 30 years working in the Northern California and Nevada area, serving the last 3 years as Chain/Institutional Specialist for Preferred Marketing Group.
Reger, already making a strong impact on the business, will work closely with the company’s leadership team managing the Northern sales associates to ensure customers and manufacturers continue to receive the best representation and ultimately drive sales.

Preferred Marketing Group is thrilled to welcome Fred Macdonald to its outside sales team. Macdonald will serve as a Business Development Representative for Preferred Marketing Group. Based out of the San Diego office, he will support dealers and consultants with a strong focus on end-users, in the Imperial, San Diego and San Bernardino counties.
Macdonald has already begun his training with Preferred Marketing Group and will spend the next month immersing himself in the brand to begin building partnerships with customers and Preferred Marketing Group’s leading manufacturers.
Macdonald is looking forward to utilizing his education and expertise in the industry in a different capacity. “Based on my experience of opening a multitude of restaurants from the ground up, I can impact a myriad of businesses and their overall kitchen operations helping Preferred Marketing Group customers achieve their goals, says Macdonald. “I’m excited to be part of this unique brand and where we are leading change in this industry!”
Macdonald graduated from Humber College of Culinary and brings with him 30 years of hotel and restaurant experience throughout Canada and the U.S. working as a chef, General Manager & Operations Manager.
